    Physics students Krishanu Dehingia and Rijwan Ansari selected for prestigious National Summer Research Fellowships at IOP, NISER and HRI.

    Prestigious Summer Research Fellowships

    The FAST-SF (Focus Area Science Technology–Summer Fellowship) and IASc-INSA-NASI Summer Research Fellowship Programme are prestigious national-level programmes that provide students with opportunities for hands-on research experience under the mentorship of scientists at leading research institutions across India.

    Krishanu Dehingia, B.Sc. 4th Semester, was selected for the FAST-SF at the Institute of Physics (IOP), Bhubaneswar, and the IASc-INSA-NASI Summer Research Fellowship at NISER, Bhubaneswar. Rijwan Ansari, M.Sc. 2nd Semester, was selected for the IASc-INSA-NASI Summer Research Fellowship at Harish-Chandra Research Institute (HRI), Allahabad.

    These selections mark a significant achievement for the students and reflect the Department of Physics, Nagaon University’s commitment to promoting research and nurturing young scientific talent.
