    The Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) at Nagaon University is a four-year undergraduate programme offered in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the guidelines of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Nagaon University, established through the upgradation of Nowgong College (Autonomous) under the Nagaon University Act, 2023, is committed to preparing competent, innovative, ethically responsible, and socially responsive teachers equipped to meet the evolving needs of school education in the 21st century.
